The Attic welcomes the Lord High Commissioner

Members and workers at the Attic were honoured to receive a visit from George Reid, Lord High Commissioner to the General Assembly of Scotland, and former speaker of the Scottish Parliament. Mr Reid had requested that during a tour of the area, he visit a youth project. Members and staff gave the High Commissioner and his entourage a tour of the facility and explained some of the initiatives we are involved in, with a demonstration of the website. The Lord High Commissioner commented "every town like Brechin should have a similar facility...such was his admiration for the Attic".
